Shipping & Returns

 

MOKSHA AYURVEDA SHIPPING POLICY

We understand that you would like to receive your beautiful products as soon as possible, and we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible.

All orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day, orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of one of the products you have ordered, we will be in touch immediately to make arrangements to either wait, make a substitution or process a refund.

We send our orders out using Australia Post, all parcels have a tracking number which will be sent to you when your order has shipped.

Postage rates are:

Standard shipping within Australia order value under $150                                     $10
Standard shipping within Australia, orders over $150                                              Free
Express shipping within Australia (Australia Post Express Post service)                  $15
 

MOKSHA AYURVEDA RETURNS POLICY

We truly hope that you love our beautiful products as much as we do, but we will happily exchange or refund you for items that are unsuitable where intention to return item has been emailed to balance@mokshashop.com.au no longer than seven days after date of delivery.

Before returning goods please send us an email describing the problem or reason for return. We will then email you with the return address. When approved, the item/s must then be forwarded to Moksha Ayurveda by registered mail.

Please allow at least 1 week from the date of return for either a refund to be processed, or your new stock to be sent out. In the event of a refund or exchange you, the customer, are responsible for the shipping and handling charges associated with returns (unless the product is deemed faulty).

We can only accept returns if the item is in perfect condition, fit for resale, and sent along with original email invoice with all packaging, boxes and tags attached.
